Is this race-bred Porsche with driver harness too much for the road?

You know you are driving something pretty spectacular when a fellow road user pulls out a smartphone and snaps a photo of you. Particularly, as happened in this case, when that fellow road user is riding a motorcycle at about 90km/h.

The car in question is the bewinged, barely road legal, heroically impractical new Porsche 911 GT3 RS.
