Rich Listers seek backers for ‘Victoria’s Disneyland’ Gumbuya World
Eight years after Rich Listers Gerry Ryan and Wal Pisciotta cobbled together a syndicate to acquire the ailing amusement park Gumbuya World, an hour’s drive from Melbourne, they’ve opened the gates for a new crowd of investors.
Street Talk can reveal Gumbuya Group’s shareholders have mandated boutique corporate adviser Edison Partners to parade the business to potential equity investors. Edison is soliciting proposals at both a group-level, and for the operations and the landholding separately.
